Hosted by Partners for Rural Impact and Promise Partnership Utah, this convening will bring together rural education leaders, community organizations, philanthropic partners, and state and local leaders committed to improving outcomes across rural Utah.

At a pivotal moment – following the passage of SB165 and the launch of the REACH framework (Raising Expectations through Accountability, Community, and Hope) – this  gathering is designed to move from vision to action.
